CCCDrymix is a well-established dry mix mortar plant located in Dubai Investment Park 2, which was first known as CCCParex. The new company name was established through the joint venture of Parex, France and Corrotech Construction Chemicals. CCCDrymix is now a well-known manufacturer of construction raw materials, waterproofing chemicals, rendering, floor screeds, grey plaster, concrete repairs, exterior insulation, finish system as well as tiling & non-shrink grouts, across the UAE.

Moreover, the CCCDrymix plant is capable of manufacturing between 65,000 – 85,000 tons per annum, depending on the product mix. This capability is only possible through the design of the factory being gravity fed from a 40-meter tower combined with a fully automated process that allows for smooth production of a wide range of products.

CCCDrymix Products

• Corrobond CTA – Corrobond CTA is a pre-mixed and bagged blend of cement, fine aggregates, fillers & special polymers. It is capable of giving a high bond strength tile adhesive for permanently fixing various types of ceramic tiles.  It is commonly used for fixing of ceramic, masonry, plastered or rendered finishes for internal applications.
• Corrobond FTA – The typical uses of Corrobond FTA includes fixing ceramic, marble, porcelain/vitrified and mosaic tiles & insulation or acoustic boards to concrete, masonry, gypsum, plastered or rendered finishes, particularly in external and immersed conditions such as swimming pools, jacuzzis, fountains and water features. • Corrogrout CTG – Corrogrout CTG consists of a blend of cement, fine fillers & special polymers. This product is typically used for grouting tiles such as ceramic, marble and mosaic tiles, internally. • Corrobond WTA – This product is an economical, thin or thick bed, polymer modified water resistant tile adhesive. It contains fine aggregates, fillers and special polymers which are capable of giving high bond strength adhesive for ceramic tiles, mosaics and porcelain tiles. This concrete repair product is commonly used for fixing ceramic, mosaics, porcelain and terrazzo tiles on concrete, masonry, plastered or rendered finishes for internal or external as well as wet area applications.
