Product Features

Corrofill PU F is a single component polyurethane injection resin with low viscosity properties; it reacts with water forming a semi rigid hydrophobic seal.

Typical Uses

Water sealing of cracks and big gaps in walls, floors, concrete constructions. It has the property of fast reacting to semi rigid PU foam once contacted with water.

• Forms a permanent sealing with high strength in the crack or joint.
• Fast reacting semi rigid PU foam used as a water stop for sealing of leakages or to stop active water leaks with a high flow and/or high hydrostatic pressure.
• Penetrates deep in fine cracks.
• Does not shrink after curing.
• Non toxic when contacted with drinking water.
• Excellent adhesion to mineral construction materials (such as concrete, cement, brick), metal and certain plastics …
• It is chemically resistant against water, weak acids and alkali, mineral oils, fungus and bacteria, ground water, sea water and petroleum products.
