Product Features

Corromortar FCV is a hand applied, 2 component, solvent free, anti-sagging epoxy mortar designed as a high strength thin section repair material to cracks, pinholes and irregularities in concrete surfaces. It has a smooth, thixotropic consistency allowing it to be applied both horizontally & vertically from feather edge to a thickness between 3 mm - 10 mm, has excellent adhesion to most substrates and reduces consumption of subsequent coatings.

It is supplied in pre weighed packs ready for on site mixing and use, giving consistent properties and performance.

Corromortar FCV do not contain asbestos, chromated copper arsenate and lead.

Typical Uses

Corromortar FCV is typically used prior to the use of other Corro range flooring & coating products to repair small areas of chipped or damaged concrete, pin holes and other minor irregularities in the surface areas subject to heavy traffic, impact and chemical exposure such as warehouse floors and industrial applications. Corromortar FCV can also be used as a general purpose bedding mortar and adhesive.
