Polyamine Cured High Build Epoxy Coating

Product Features

Corrocoat HB is a 100% solid, solvent free, two component, polyamine cured high build epoxy coating, specifically formulated to provide excellent abrasion and chemical resistance to steel or concrete, particularly on vertical surfaces including areas subject to permanent immersion. It is normally applied to a nominal dry film thickness of 400 - 500 microns in 2 coats, and can also be used in conjunction with glass fibre reinforcement to increase protection over joints and cracks.

Corrocoat HB is non toxic and can be used in contact with potable water or food items.

Corrocoat HB do not contain asbestos, chromated copper arsenate and lead.

Typical Uses

Corrocoat HB is typically used for coating steel & concrete substrates subject to abrasion, chemical attack or areas in contact with drinking water and food items such as clean & dirty water tanks, treatment plants and manholes, food production & process areas, industrial and commercial kitchens etc.

The addition of an aggregate can be used to give a non slip finish for traffickable areas.
