Corroprufe DPC is a high performance polymer modified bitumen damp proof course manufactured to comply with properties of BS 6398 (formerly BS 743) by using state-of-the-art technology. The nature of technology involving processing polymers at high temperature affords protection to the elastomer in the blend, which imparts high flexibility even at low and high temperatures and provides a total impermeable barrier against ingress of water.

Corroprufe DPC is available in sanded version also.

Typical Uses

Corroprufe DPC provides a barrier to the passage of moisture or water from the exterior to the interior or from the ground to the structure. It is highly robust to prevent damage during use in all operating conditions and will accommodate substantial movement in excess of the crushing strength of the wall loading. The material has been specifically designed to prevent the membrane, extruding under the imposed loading conditions and will prevent ingress of water vapour during the service life of the structure. The special chemical modification of bitumen gives flexibility at low temperatures, and high puncture and tear resistance. It can be used in horizontal and vertical applications.
