High Performance, Polymer Based Hydrophilic Waterstop

Product Features

Corrostop HWS is a hydrophilic waterstop based on polymer technology that is used in construction joints of water retaining or excluding structures, particularly where traditional PVC waterstops are difficult to apply. It works by slowly swelling on contact with water to form a tight seal against concrete surfaces, effectively stopping the flow of water through the joint.

Corrostop HWS do not contain asbestos, chromated copper arsenate and lead.

Typical Uses

Corrostop HWS is typically used in construction joints in water retaining or excluding structures such as water tanks, swimming pools, pumping chambers, reservoirs, basements, tunnels, culverts etc. It can be used in new construction or in joints between new & existing concrete faces.
