Corrofloor 327

Corrofloor 327 is a coloured, three component, solvent free, epoxy floor screed, consisting of epoxy resin, amine hardener and graded quartz filler, designed for use in heavy duty industrial flooring applications.

Corrofloor CFH

Corrofloor CFH is a pre mixed & bagged blend of cements, special aggregates & additives, which when power floated onto new concrete gives a smooth, dense, hard wearing surface, that substantially increases abrasion resistance over normal concrete. Corrofloor CFH is non metallic, free from chlorides and forms a strong monolithic bond with the parent concrete.

Corrofloor CFS is a pre-mixed and bagged blend of cements, aggregates & special polymers to give a high quality, cementitious floor screed with excellent workability and finishing characteristics. Available in three grades 20 N, 30 N and 40 N

Corrofloor CFS 20N is easy to use, requiring only the addition of clean water to give a consistent durable screed, with an application thickness of 10 – 50 mm in a single layer.

Corrofloor CU

Corrofloor CU is a pre-mixed and bagged blend of cements, aggregates & special polymers to give a high quality, cementitious, self leveling and self smoothing underlayment, with excellent workability and finishing characteristics for interior floors.

Corrofloor CU is easy to use, requiring only the addition of clean water to give a consistent, free flowing material with an application thickness of 3 – 10 mm in a single layer.

Corrofloor ECP

Corrofloor ECP is a solvent free, two component, aliphatic, clear epoxy floor topping designed as a flooring overlay system to enhance and protect either the original substrate, or other coloured Corrofloor systems. It has a smooth pouring grade consistency and can be applied at thicknesses from 1 mm to 4 mm in a single layer giving a clear finish, allowing the substrate or decorative finish below to reflect through the Corrofloor ECP with a high gloss finish giving a bright aesthetic look that is easily cleaned.

Corrofloor EPG

Corrofloor EPG is a three component, solvent free, tar modified, epoxy resin slurry, specifically formulated to provide excellent abrasion and skid resistance to asphalt, steel or concrete surfaces particularly in high wear areas.

Corrofloor FH

Corrofloor FH is a clear, liquid floor hardener based on sodium silicate, which penetrates into new or existing concrete or screed surfaces and chemically reacts with any free lime, binding it together to both harden the surface and reduce dusting.

Corrofloor Line Marker

Corrofloor Line Marker is a solvent free, two component, high build epoxy coating designed to provide durable line markings with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance, in conjunction with other Corrofloor systems.

Corrofloor MMA Bodycoat

Corrofloor MMA Bodycoat is a 2 component, 100% reactive methyl methacrylate for use within the Corrofloor MMA system. Corrofloor MMA Bodycoat is ideal for roller applied MMA coatings and decorative flake or quartz flooring systems. Corrofloor MMA Bodycoat can also be mixed with the Corrofloor MMA Filler to create a self-levelling formulation that reduces application time. Corrofloor MMA Bodycoat is a transparent resin that can be pigmented using the Corrofloor Pigment for use within the Corrofloor MMA system.

Corrofloor MMA Flexible Bodycoat

Corrofloor MMA Flexible Bodycoat is a 2 component, 100% reactive methyl methacrylate overlay and coating resin for use within the Corrofloor MMA floor systems. Corrofloor MMA Flexible Bodycoat is ideal for roller applied coatings exterior applications including road surface and parking decks along with decorative flake or quartz flooring systems. Corrofloor MMA Flexible Bodycoat can also be mixed with the Corrofloor MMA SL Filler to create a self-levelling formulation that reduces application time. Corrofloor MMA Flexible Bodycoat is a transparent resin that can be pigmented using the Pigment for use within the Corrofloor MMA system. Corrofloor MMA Flexible Bodycoat can also be used as flexible joint filler.

Corrofloor MMA Flexible Topcoat

Corrofloor MMA Flexible Topcoat is a multipurpose, 100% reactive flexible methacrylate resin. Corrofloor MMA Flexible Topcoat is a medium viscosity resin that is ideal for use as a pigmented topcoat that can be applied in a single application. Corrofloor MMA Flexible Topcoat is a transparent topcoat resin that can be pigmented using the MMA Pigments for use within the MMA bridge and deck coating systems and colour quartz and pigmented systems.

Corrofloor MMA Primer

Corrofloor MMA Primer is a solvent free, 2 component, 100% reactive methyl methacrylate primer for use within the Corrofloor MMA system. Corrofloor MMA Primer should completely seal concrete surfaces resulting in a uniform satin finish. Bond promoter can be utilized with the Corrofloor MMA Primer as a suitable primer for metal and tile substrate applications.

Corrofloor MMA Topcoat

Corrofloor MMA Topcoat is a methyl methacrylate topcoat resin for use within the Corrofloor MMA floor systems. Corrofloor MMA Topcoat is a solvent free, two component, 100% reactive resin that is ideal for sealing MMA roller applied coatings and decorative flake or quartz flooring systems. Corrofloor MMA Topcoat has superior UV resistance, making it an excellent resin for use in exterior or interior applications resulting in a durable, non chalking surface.

It is available in a wide range of colours to provide good aesthetics with an easy clean, non dusting finish, or anti slip aggregate finish.

Corrofloor SF400 is a solvent free, two component, high build epoxy floor coating designed to provide a durable floor finish with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. It is available in a wide range of colours to provide good aesthetics with an easy clean surface, or positive grip aggregate finish, at a nominal thickness of 400 microns in 2 coats.

It is available in a wide range of colours to provide good aesthetics with an easy clean surface, or positive grip aggregate finish, at a nominal thickness of 400 – 500 microns in 2 coats.
